Is this a property advertising portal?
Mandates is your agency’s private working space. Organise property mandates, owner details, documents and assignments. Your private register is not a public property marketplace.
Can my agents have their own accounts?
Yes. Each agent signs in to your agency workspace with their own account. Agency administrators manage the team and administrative controls; agents can work with mandates without those same powers.
Can clients sign without an account?
Yes. Send a private signing link to an Authority to Market letter populated from the saved mandate. The client can review, sign and submit from their browser.
What happens after signup?
Choose a package, register your agency and select a payment preference. No payment is taken during signup. Access starts after your account and payment are confirmed. Bank transfer is available; online checkout is awaiting merchant setup.
Are there property limits?
All three packages include unlimited mandates. Reports and spreadsheet exports start at Momentum. Completed-form imports and Sales & Commission are available with Enterprise.
